The cultural association Artifexbcn was created in 2004, Artifexbcn records is an extension of the association in order to document part of the Electronic Dance music scene from Barcelona.
“In cut we trust”: The motto of the label reflects the appreciation for analogic as well as the sympathy for handcrafting records as an art itself. A vinyl from Artifexbcn is a unique, limited, numbered piece presented in the form of a transparent vinyl. All the different parts of the process of making the record possible is controlled by Artifexbcn Association, following the DIY standards.
